"تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ"

Tanzeelul Kitaabi minal laahil 'Azeezil Hakeem

THE REVELATION OF this Book is from God, the mighty and all-wise.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 1

"إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ فَاعْبُدِ اللَّهَ مُخْلِصًا لَهُ الدِّينَ"

Innaaa anzalnaaa ilaikal Kitaaba bilhaqqi fa'budil laaha mukhlisal lahud deen

We have revealed to you the Scripture with exactitude; so worship God with devotion all exclusive for Him.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 2

"أَلَا لِلَّهِ الدِّينُ الْخَالِصُ ۚ وَالَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ مَا نَعْبُدُهُمْ إِلَّا لِيُقَرِّبُونَا إِلَى اللَّهِ زُلْفَىٰ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي مَا هُمْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي مَنْ هُوَ كَاذِبٌ كَفَّارٌ"

Alaa lillaahid deenul khaalis; wallazeenat takhazoo min dooniheee awliyaaa'a maa na'buduhum illaa liyuqar riboonaaa ilal laahi zulfaa; innal laaha yahkumu baina hum fee maa hum feehi yakhtalifoon; innal laaha laa yahdee man huwa kaazibun kaffaar

Remember that devotion is exclusively for God. Those who have taken protectors other than Him, say: "We worship them that they may bring us nearer to God." Surely God will judge between them in what they are differing about. Verily God does not show the way to an ungrateful liar.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 3

"لَوْ أَرَادَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا لَاصْطَفَىٰ مِمَّا يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ ۚ سُبْحَانَهُ ۖ هُوَ اللَّهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ"

Law araadal laahu aiyattakhiza waladal lastafaa mimmaa yakhluqu maa yashaaa'; Subhaanahoo Huwal laahul Waahidul Qahhaar

Had God pleased to take a son, He could have chosen whom He liked from among those He has created. Glory be to Him. He is God, the one, the omnipotent.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 4

"خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِالْحَقِّ ۖ يُكَوِّرُ اللَّيْلَ عَلَى النَّهَارِ وَيُكَوِّرُ النَّهَارَ عَلَى اللَّيْلِ ۖ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ ۖ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى ۗ أَلَا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفَّارُ"

Khalaqas samaawaati wal arda bilhaqq; yukawwirul laila 'alan nahaari wa yukawwirun nahaara 'alaal laili wa sakhkharash shamsa walqamara kulluny yajree li ajalim musammaa; alaa Huwal 'Azeezul Ghaffaar

He has created the heavens and the earth with precision. He folds the day up over the night, and folds the night up over the day. He has subjugated the sun and moon, (so that) each runs its appointed course. Is He not all-mighty and forgiving?

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 5

"خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَأَنْزَلَ لَكُمْ مِنَ الْأَنْعَامِ ثَمَانِيَةَ أَزْوَاجٍ ۚ يَخْلُقُكُمْ فِي بُطُونِ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ خَلْقًا مِنْ بَعْدِ خَلْقٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ ثَلَاثٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ ۖ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُصْرَفُونَ"

Khalaqakum min nafsinw waahidatin summa ja'ala minhaa zawjahaa wa anzala lakum minal-an'aami samaani yata azwaaj; yakhuluqukum fee butooni ummahaatikum khalqam mim ba'di khalqin fee zulumaatin salaas; zaalikumul laahu Rabbukum lahul mulk; laaa ilaaha illaa Huwa fa annaa tusrafoon

He created you from a single cell, then from it created its mate; arid provided eight varieties of cattle for you. He formed you in the mother?s womb, formation after formation in three (veils of) darkness. He is God your Lord. His is the kingdom. There is no god other than He. How then can you turn away?

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 6

"إِنْ تَكْفُرُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنْكُمْ ۖ وَلَا يَرْضَىٰ لِعِبَادِهِ الْكُفْرَ ۖ وَإِنْ تَشْكُرُوا يَرْضَهُ لَكُمْ ۗ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ ۗ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ۚ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ"

In takfuroo fa innal laaha ghaniyyun 'ankum; wa laa yardaa li'ibaadihil kufra wa in tashkuroo yardahu lakum; wa laa taziru waaziratunw wizra ukhraa; summa ilaa Rabikum marji'ukum fa-yunabbi'ukum bimaa kuntum ta'maloon; innahoo 'aleemum bizaatissudoor

If you are ungrateful, then remember! God is independent of you, and He does not favour ingratitude on the part of His creatures. If you are grateful He will be pleased with you. For no one who carries a burden bears another?s load; and your returning is to your Lord, when He will tell you what you used to do. Surely He knows what is in the hearts.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 7

"۞ وَإِذَا مَسَّ الْإِنْسَانَ ضُرٌّ دَعَا رَبَّهُ مُنِيبًا إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ إِذَا خَوَّلَهُ نِعْمَةً مِنْهُ نَسِيَ مَا كَانَ يَدْعُو إِلَيْهِ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَجَعَلَ لِلَّهِ أَنْدَادًا لِيُضِلَّ عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ ۚ قُلْ تَمَتَّعْ بِكُفْرِكَ قَلِيلًا ۖ إِنَّكَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّارِ"

Wa izaa massal insaana durrun da'aa Rabbahoo muneeban ilaihi summa izaa khawwalahoo ni'matam minhu nasiya maa kaana yad'ooo ilaihi min qablu wa ja'ala lillaahi andaadal liyudilla 'ansabeelih; qul tamatta' bikufrika qaleelan innaka min Ashaabin Naar;

When man is afflicted with adversity he turns to his Lord, and prays to Him. But when He bestows His favour on him, he forgets what he prayed for before, and sets up others as compeers of God to mislead (people) from His way. Say: "Take advantage of your denying for a while: You will be among the inmates of Hell."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 8

"أَمَّنْ هُوَ قَانِتٌ آنَاءَ اللَّيْلِ سَاجِدًا وَقَائِمًا يَحْذَرُ الْآخِرَةَ وَيَرْجُو رَحْمَةَ رَبِّهِ ۗ قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُونَ وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ۗ إِنَّمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ"

Amman huwa qaanitun aanaaa'al laili saajidanw wa qaaa'imai yahzarul Aakhirata wa yarjoo rahmata Rabbih; qul hal yastawil lazeena ya'lamoona wallazeena laa ya'lamoon; innamaa yatazakkaru ulul albaab (section 1)

Can one who prays in the watches of the night, bowing in homage or standing attentive, fearful of the life to come, and hoping for the mercy of his Lord, (be like one who does not)? Say: "Can those who know, and those who do not know, be equal? Only they think who are wise."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 9

"قُلْ يَا عِبَادِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمْ ۚ لِلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا فِي هَٰذِهِ الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةٌ ۗ وَأَرْضُ اللَّهِ وَاسِعَةٌ ۗ إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُمْ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ"

Qul yaa 'ibaadil lazeena aamanut taqoo Rabbakum; lillazeena ahsanoo fee haazihid dunyaa hasanah; wa ardul laahi waasi'ah; innamaa yuwaffas saabiroona ajrahum bighayri hisab

Tell them: "O my creatures who have come to belief, have fear of displeasing your Lord. There is good for those who do good in this world, and productive is God?s earth. Only those who persevere will get their reward measureless."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 10

"قُلْ إِنِّي أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ اللَّهَ مُخْلِصًا لَهُ الدِّينَ"

Qul inneee umirtu an a'budal laaha mukhlisal lahud deen

Say: "I am commanded to worship God with obedience all-exclusive for Him;

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 11

"وَأُمِرْتُ لِأَنْ أَكُونَ أَوَّلَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ"

Wa umirtu li an akoona awwalal muslimeen

And I am commanded to be the first of those who submit."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 12

"قُلْ إِنِّي أَخَافُ إِنْ عَصَيْتُ رَبِّي عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ"

Qul inneee akhaafu in 'asaitu Rabbee 'azaaba Yawmin 'azeem

Say: "If I disobey my Lord, I fear the punishment of an evil Day."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 13

"قُلِ اللَّهَ أَعْبُدُ مُخْلِصًا لَهُ دِينِي"

Qulil laaha a'budu mukhlisal lahoo deenee

Say: "I worship God with devotion all-exclusive for Him.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 14

"فَاعْبُدُوا مَا شِئْتُمْ مِنْ دُونِهِ ۗ قُلْ إِنَّ الْخَاسِرِينَ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَأَهْلِيهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۗ أَلَا ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الْخُسْرَانُ الْمُبِينُ"

Fa'budoo maa shi'tum min doonih; qul innal khaasireenal lazeena khasirooo anfusahum wa ahleehim yawmal qiyaamah; alaa zaalika huwal khusraanul mubeen

You may worship what you will apart from Him." Say: "Surely the greatest losers will be those who will lose their own selves and their people on the Day of Resurrection." Remember, this will be an all-too-evident loss.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 15

"لَهُمْ مِنْ فَوْقِهِمْ ظُلَلٌ مِنَ النَّارِ وَمِنْ تَحْتِهِمْ ظُلَلٌ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ يُخَوِّفُ اللَّهُ بِهِ عِبَادَهُ ۚ يَا عِبَادِ فَاتَّقُونِ"

Lahum min fawqihim zulalum minan Naari wa min tahtihim zulal; zaalika yukhaw wiful laahu bihee 'ibaadah; yaa 'ibaadi fattaqoon

Above them will be a covering of fire, below them a cloud (of flames). With this does God warn His creatures: "O My creatures, fear Me."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 16

"وَالَّذِينَ اجْتَنَبُوا الطَّاغُوتَ أَنْ يَعْبُدُوهَا وَأَنَابُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَىٰ ۚ فَبَشِّرْ عِبَادِ"

Wallazeenaj tanabut Taaghoota ai ya'budoohaa wa anaabooo ilal laahi lahumul bushraa; fabashshir 'ibaad

There are happy tidings for those who keep away from the worship of false gods and turn to God in repentance. Give glad tidings to My creatures.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 17

"الَّذِينَ يَسْتَمِعُونَ الْقَوْلَ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ أَحْسَنَهُ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ هَدَاهُمُ اللَّهُ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمْ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ"

Allazeena yastami'oonal qawla fayattabi'oona ahsanah; ulaaa'ikal lazeena hadaahumul laahu wa ulaaa'ika hum ulul albaab

Those who listen to the Word and then follow the best it contains, are the ones who have been guided by God, and are men of wisdom.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 18

"أَفَمَنْ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِ أَفَأَنْتَ تُنْقِذُ مَنْ فِي النَّارِ"

Afaman haqqa 'alaihi kalimatul 'azaab; afa anta tunqizu man fin Naar

Can he against whom the sentence of punishment has been justified (be rescued)? Can you save him who is in the Fire?

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 19

"لَٰكِنِ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا رَبَّهُمْ لَهُمْ غُرَفٌ مِنْ فَوْقِهَا غُرَفٌ مَبْنِيَّةٌ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ ۖ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ ۖ لَا يُخْلِفُ اللَّهُ الْمِيعَادَ"

Laakinil lazeenat taqaw Rabbahum lahum ghurafum min fawqihaa ghurafum mabniyyatun tajree min tahtihal anhaar; wa'dal laah; laa yukhliful laahul mee'aad

But for those who fear displeasing their Lord there are lofty mansions built above mansions, with rivers rippling past below them: A promise of God; (and) God does not go back on His promise.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 20

"أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ أَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَسَلَكَهُ يَنَابِيعَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ يُخْرِجُ بِهِ زَرْعًا مُخْتَلِفًا أَلْوَانُهُ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَاهُ مُصْفَرًّا ثُمَّ يَجْعَلُهُ حُطَامًا ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَذِكْرَىٰ لِأُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ"

Alam tara annal laaha anzala minas samaaa'i maaa'an fasalakahoo yanaabee'a fil ardi summa yukhriju bihee zar'am mukhtalifan alwaanuhoo summa yaheeju fatarahu musfarran summa yaj'aluhoo hutaamaa; inna fee zaalika lazikraa li ulil albaab (section 2)

Do you not see that God sends down water from the sky, then makes it flow in rills on the earth, and brings forth corn from it which, having passed through changes of shade and colour, comes to ripen, and you see it autumnal yellow; then He reduces it to chaff. There are indeed lessons in this for those who are wise.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 21

"أَفَمَنْ شَرَحَ اللَّهُ صَدْرَهُ لِلْإِسْلَامِ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ مِنْ رَبِّهِ ۚ فَوَيْلٌ لِلْقَاسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ مِنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُبِينٍ"

Afaman sharahal laahu sadrahoo lil Islaami fahuwa 'alaa noorim mir Rabbih; fa wailul lilqaasiyati quloobuhum min zikril laah; ulaaa'ika fee dalaalim mubeen

Will he whose breast has been opened up to peace (not be) in luminescence from his Lord? Alas for those whose hearts have been hardened to God?s remembrance! They wander (astray) in clear error.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 22

"اللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحْسَنَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابًا مُتَشَابِهًا مَثَانِيَ تَقْشَعِرُّ مِنْهُ جُلُودُ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ ثُمَّ تَلِينُ جُلُودُهُمْ وَقُلُوبُهُمْ إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُدَى اللَّهِ يَهْدِي بِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ"

Allahu nazzala ahsanal hadeesi Kitaabam mutashaa biham masaaniy taqsha'irru minhu juloodul lazeena yakhshawna Rabbahum summa taleenu julooduhum wa quloo buhum ilaa zikril laah; zaalika hudal laahi yahdee bihee mai yashaaa'; wa mai yudlilil laahu famaa lahoo min haad

God has sent down the very best discourse, the Book conformable in its juxtapositions, which makes all of those who fear their Lord, shudder. So their hearts and bodies become receptive to the remembrance of God. This is the guidance of God with which He guides whosoever He will; but whosoever God allows to go astray has none to show him the way.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 23

"أَفَمَنْ يَتَّقِي بِوَجْهِهِ سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ وَقِيلَ لِلظَّالِمِينَ ذُوقُوا مَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ"

Afamai yattaqee biwaj hihee sooo'al 'azaabi Yawmal Qiyaamah; wa qeela lizzaali meena zooqoo maa kuntum taksiboon

Can he who will have to shield himself against the torment of the Day of Resurrection (be the same as one at peace)? The evil-doers will be told: "So taste what you earned."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 24

"كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَأَتَاهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ"

Kazzabal lazeena min qablihim fa ataahumul 'azaabu min haisu laa yash'uroon

Those before them had denied, then punishment had overtaken them is from a quarter they did not suspect.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 25

"فَأَذَاقَهُمُ اللَّهُ الْخِزْيَ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ"

Fa azaaqahumul laahul khizya fil hayaatid dunyaa wa la'azaabul Aakhirati akbar; law kaanoo ya'lamoon

Then God made them taste of disgrace in this life; and the torment of the life to come is greater, if they understand.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 26

"وَلَقَدْ ضَرَبْنَا لِلنَّاسِ فِي هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنِ مِنْ كُلِّ مَثَلٍ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ"

Wa laqad darabnaa linnaasi fee haazal Qur-aani min kulli masalil la'allahum yatazakkaroon

We have given examples of every kind for men in this Qur?an so that they may contemplate:

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 27

"قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا غَيْرَ ذِي عِوَجٍ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ"

Qur-aanan 'Arabiyyan ghaira zee 'iwajil la'allahum yattaqoon

A clear discourse which expounds all things without any obliquity, so that they may take heed for themselves.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 28

"ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلًا رَجُلًا فِيهِ شُرَكَاءُ مُتَشَاكِسُونَ وَرَجُلًا سَلَمًا لِرَجُلٍ هَلْ يَسْتَوِيَانِ مَثَلًا ۚ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ"

Darabal laahu masalar rajulan feehi shurakaaa'u mutashaakisoona wa rajulan salamal lirajulin hal tastawi yaani masalaa; alhamdu lillaah; bal aksaruhum laa ya'lamoon

God advances the example of a man who is owned (as slave in common) by a number of men at loggerheads, and another man who is owned by only one. Are these two alike in attribute? God be praised; yet many of them do not know.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 29

"إِنَّكَ مَيِّتٌ وَإِنَّهُمْ مَيِّتُونَ"

Innaka maiyitunw wa inna hum maiyitunw wa inna hum maiyitoon

Verily you will die, and so will they.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 30

"ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عِنْدَ رَبِّكُمْ تَخْتَصِمُونَ"

Summa innakum Yawmal Qiyaamati 'inda Rabbikum takhtasimoon (section 3) (End Juz 23)

Then on the Day of Resurrection you will dispute before your Lord.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 31

"۞ فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنْ كَذَبَ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَكَذَّبَ بِالصِّدْقِ إِذْ جَاءَهُ ۚ أَلَيْسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِلْكَافِرِينَ"

Faman azlamu mimman kazaba 'alal laahi wa kazzaba bissidqi iz jaaa'ah; alaisa fee Jahannama maswal lilkaafireen

Who does greater wrong than he who tells a lie against God, and denies the truth when it has come to him? Is there no place for unbelievers in Hell?

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 32

"وَالَّذِي جَاءَ بِالصِّدْقِ وَصَدَّقَ بِهِ ۙ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُتَّقُونَ"

Wallazee jaaa'a bissidqi wa saddaqa biheee ulaaa'ika humul muttaqoon

He who brings the truth and verifies it, -- such are the people who are God-fearing.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 33

"لَهُمْ مَا يَشَاءُونَ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ جَزَاءُ الْمُحْسِنِينَ"

Lahum maa yashaaa'oona 'inda Rabbihim; zaalika jazaaa'ul muhsineen

They shall have what they wish from their Lord. This is the recompense for the good,

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 34

"لِيُكَفِّرَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ أَسْوَأَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا وَيَجْزِيَهُمْ أَجْرَهُمْ بِأَحْسَنِ الَّذِي كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ"

Liyukaffiral laahu 'anhum aswa allazee 'amiloo wa yajziyahum ajrahum bi ahsanil lazee kaano ya'maloon

That God may absolve them of their sins and reward them for the best that they had done.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 35

"أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِكَافٍ عَبْدَهُ ۖ وَيُخَوِّفُونَكَ بِالَّذِينَ مِنْ دُونِهِ ۚ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ"

Alaisal laahu bikaafin 'abdahoo wa yukhawwi foonaka billazeena min doonih; wa mai yudlilil laahu famaa lahoo min haad

Is not God sufficient for His devotee? Still they frighten you with others apart from Him. Whoever God allows to go astray has none to show him the way.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 36

"وَمَنْ يَهْدِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ مُضِلٍّ ۗ أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِعَزِيزٍ ذِي انْتِقَامٍ"

Wa mai yahdil laahu famalahoo mim mudlil; alai sal laahu bi'azeezin zin tiqaam

And none can lead him astray who has been guided by God. Is not God all-mighty, the lord of retribution?

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 37

"وَلَئِنْ سَأَلْتَهُمْ مَنْ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ لَيَقُولُنَّ اللَّهُ ۚ قُلْ أَفَرَأَيْتُمْ مَا تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ إِنْ أَرَادَنِيَ اللَّهُ بِضُرٍّ هَلْ هُنَّ كَاشِفَاتُ ضُرِّهِ أَوْ أَرَادَنِي بِرَحْمَةٍ هَلْ هُنَّ مُمْسِكَاتُ رَحْمَتِهِ ۚ قُلْ حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ ۖ عَلَيْهِ يَتَوَكَّلُ الْمُتَوَكِّلُونَ"

Wa la'in sa altahum man khalaqas samaawaati wal arda la yaqoolunal laah; qul afara'aitum maa tad'oona min doonil laahi in araadaniyal laahu bidurrin hal hunna kaashi faatu durriheee aw araadanee birahmatin hal hunna mumsikaatu rahmatih; qul hasbiyal laahu 'alaihi tatawakkalul mutawakkiloon

If you ask them, "Who created the heavens and the earth?" they will answer: "God." Say: "Then just think. Can those whom you worship apart from God remove the distress God is pleased to visit upon me, or withhold a blessing God is pleased to favour me with?? Say: "God is all-sufficient for me. The trusting place their trust in Him."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 38

"قُلْ يَا قَوْمِ اعْمَلُوا عَلَىٰ مَكَانَتِكُمْ إِنِّي عَامِلٌ ۖ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ"

Qul yaa qawmi'maloo 'alaa makaanatikum innee 'aamilun fasawfa ta'lamoon

Say: "O people, act as best you can on your part, I am acting too. You will come to know in time

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 39

"مَنْ يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ يُخْزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَابٌ مُقِيمٌ"

Mai yaateehi 'azaabuny yukhzeehi wa yahillu 'alaihi 'azaabum muqeem (section 4)

Who suffers the shameful punishment, and on whom falls the everlasting torment.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 40

"إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ لِلنَّاسِ بِالْحَقِّ ۖ فَمَنِ اهْتَدَىٰ فَلِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا ۖ وَمَا أَنْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِوَكِيلٍ"

Innaa anzalnaa 'alaikal Kitaaba linnaasi bilhaqq; famanih tadaa falinafsihee wa man dalla fa innamaa yadillu 'alaihaa wa maaa anta 'alaihim biwakeel (section 4)

We have Sent down this Book to you with the truth for all mankind. So, he who comes to guidance does so for himself, and he who goes astray does so for his own loss; on you does not lie their guardianship.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 41

"اللَّهُ يَتَوَفَّى الْأَنْفُسَ حِينَ مَوْتِهَا وَالَّتِي لَمْ تَمُتْ فِي مَنَامِهَا ۖ فَيُمْسِكُ الَّتِي قَضَىٰ عَلَيْهَا الْمَوْتَ وَيُرْسِلُ الْأُخْرَىٰ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ"

Allaahu yatawaffal anfusa heena mawtihaa wallatee lam tamut fee manaamihaa fa yumsikul latee qadaa 'alaihal mawta wa yursilul ukhraaa ilaaa ajalim musammaa; inna fee zaalika la Aayaatil liqawmai yatafakkarroon

God gathers up the souls of those who die, and of those who do not die, in their sleep; then He keeps back those ordained for death, and sends the others back for an appointed term. Surely there are signs in this for those who reflect.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 42

"أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ شُفَعَاءَ ۚ قُلْ أَوَلَوْ كَانُوا لَا يَمْلِكُونَ شَيْئًا وَلَا يَعْقِلُونَ"

Amit takhazoo min doonillaahi shufa'aaa'; qul awalaw kaanoo laa yamlikoona shai'aw wa laa ya'qiloon

Have they appointed intercessors other than God? Say: "Even though they have no power in the least, nor do they understand?"

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 43

"قُلْ لِلَّهِ الشَّفَاعَةُ جَمِيعًا ۖ لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ"

Qul lillaahish shafaa'atu jamee'aa; lahoo mulkus samaawaati wal ardi summa ilaihi turja'oon

Say: "God?s is the intercession entirely; His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; then to Him you will return."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 44

"وَإِذَا ذُكِرَ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ اشْمَأَزَّتْ قُلُوبُ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ ۖ وَإِذَا ذُكِرَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ دُونِهِ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ"

Wa izaa zukiral laahu wahdahush ma azzat quloobul lazeena laa yu'minoona bil Aakhirati wa izaa zukiral lazeena min dooniheee izaa hum yastabshiroon

When God alone is mentioned the hearts of those who do not believe in the life to come, are filled with resentment. But when others are mentioned apart from God, they begin to rejoice.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 45

"قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ أَنْتَ تَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ عِبَادِكَ فِي مَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ"

Qulil laahumma faatiras samaawaati wal ardi 'Aalimal Ghaibi washshahaadati Anta tahkumu baina 'ibaadika fee maa kaanoo fee yakhtalifoon

Say: "O God, the originator of the heavens and the earth, the knower of the unknown and the known, You alone will judge between Your creatures for things they differed about."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 46

"وَلَوْ أَنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مَا فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا وَمِثْلَهُ مَعَهُ لَافْتَدَوْا بِهِ مِنْ سُوءِ الْعَذَابِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ وَبَدَا لَهُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يَكُونُوا يَحْتَسِبُونَ"

Wa law anna lillazeena zalamoo maa fil ardi jamee'anw wa mislahoo ma'ahoo laftadaw bihee min sooo'il azaabi Yawmal Qiyaamah; wa badaa lahum minal laahi maa lam yakkoonoo yahtasiboon

Even if the sinners possessed whatever is in the heavens and the earth, and as much more, they would offer it to ransom themselves from the torment of the Day of Resurrection; yet what they did not even imagine would appear to them from God;

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 47

"وَبَدَا لَهُمْ سَيِّئَاتُ مَا كَسَبُوا وَحَاقَ بِهِمْ مَا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ"

Wa badaa lahum saiyiaatu maa kasaboo wa haaqa bihim maa kaanoo bihee yastahzi'oon

And the evil of what they had earned would become visible to them; and what they used to mock would surround them from all sides.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 48

"فَإِذَا مَسَّ الْإِنْسَانَ ضُرٌّ دَعَانَا ثُمَّ إِذَا خَوَّلْنَاهُ نِعْمَةً مِنَّا قَالَ إِنَّمَا أُوتِيتُهُ عَلَىٰ عِلْمٍ ۚ بَلْ هِيَ فِتْنَةٌ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ"

Fa izaa massal insaana durrun da'aanaa summa izaa khawwalnaahu ni'matam minna qaala innamaaa ootee tuhoo 'alaa 'ilm; bal hiya fitna tunw wa laakinna aksarahum laa ya'lamoon

When a man is in trouble, he prays to God; but when We bestow a favour on him he says: "It has come to me through my acumen." In fact, this is an illusion, but most men do not know.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 49

"قَدْ قَالَهَا الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَمَا أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ"

Qad qaalahul lazeena min qablihim famaaa aghnaa 'anhum maa kaanoo yaksiboon

Those before them had also said so, and yet nothing of what they did availed them in the least.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 50

"فَأَصَابَهُمْ سَيِّئَاتُ مَا كَسَبُوا ۚ وَالَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْ هَٰؤُلَاءِ سَيُصِيبُهُمْ سَيِّئَاتُ مَا كَسَبُوا وَمَا هُمْ بِمُعْجِزِينَ"

Fa asaabahum saiyi aatu maa kasaboo; wallazeena zalamoo min haaa'ulaaa'i sa yuzeebuhum saiyi aatu maa kasaboo wa maa hum bimu'jizeen

Then the worst of what they had done overtook them. So will the evil deeds of those who are sinners among them recoil back on them. They cannot get the better (of Us).

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 51

"أَوَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ"

Awalam ya'lamooo annal laaha yabsutur rizqa limai yashaaa'u wa yaqdir; inna fee zaalika la Aayaatil liqamai yu'minoon (section 5)

Do they not know that God enhances or restricts the provision of any one He will. Surely there are signs in this for people who believe.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 52

"۞ قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنْفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ"

Qul yaa'ibaadiyal lazeena asrafoo 'alaaa anfusihim laa taqnatoo mirrahmatil laah; innal laaha yaghfiruz zunooba jamee'aa; innahoo Huwal Ghafoorur Raheem

Say: "O creatures of God, those of you who have acted against your own interests should not be disheartened of the mercy of God. Surely God forgives all sins. He is all-forgiving and all-merciful.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 53

"وَأَنِيبُوا إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ وَأَسْلِمُوا لَهُ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ ثُمَّ لَا تُنْصَرُونَ"

Wa aneebooo ilaa Rabbikum wa aslimoo lahoo min qabli ai yaatiyakumul 'azaabu summa laa tunsaroon

Turn towards your Lord and obey Him before the punishment comes upon you when you will not be helped.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 54

"وَاتَّبِعُوا أَحْسَنَ مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَكُمُ الْعَذَابُ بَغْتَةً وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ"

Wattabi'ooo ahsana maaa unzila ilaikum mir Rabbikum min qabli aiyaatiyakumal 'azaabu baghtatanw wa antum laa tash'uroon

Follow the best of what has been revealed to you by your Lord before the punishment overtakes you suddenly and you are caught unawares,

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 55

"أَنْ تَقُولَ نَفْسٌ يَا حَسْرَتَا عَلَىٰ مَا فَرَّطْتُ فِي جَنْبِ اللَّهِ وَإِنْ كُنْتُ لَمِنَ السَّاخِرِينَ"

An taqoola nafsuny yaahasrataa 'alaa maa farrattu fee jambil laahi wa in kuntu laminas saakhireen

Lest a soul should say: "Alas, I was heedless of God and only laughed;"

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 56

"أَوْ تَقُولَ لَوْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ هَدَانِي لَكُنْتُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ"

Aw taqoola law annal laaha hadaanee lakuntu minal muttaqeen

Or say: "If only God had guided me I would have been a man of fear and piety;"

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 57

"أَوْ تَقُولَ حِينَ تَرَى الْعَذَابَ لَوْ أَنَّ لِي كَرَّةً فَأَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ"

Aw taqoola heena taral 'azaaba law anna lee karratan fa akoona minal muhsineen

Or say on seeing the punishment: "If I could only return I would be among the good."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 58

"بَلَىٰ قَدْ جَاءَتْكَ آيَاتِي فَكَذَّبْتَ بِهَا وَاسْتَكْبَرْتَ وَكُنْتَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ"

Balaa qad jaaa'atka Asyaatee fakazzabta bihaa wastak barta wa kunta minal kaafireen

Why, My revelations had come to you, but you denied them and were filled with pride, and were among the disbelievers.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 59

"وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ تَرَى الَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ وُجُوهُهُمْ مُسْوَدَّةٌ ۚ أَلَيْسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ"

Wa Yawmal Qiyaamati taral lazeena kazaboo 'alallaahi wujoohuhum muswaddah; alaisa fee Hahannama maswal lilmutakabbireen

If you see those who had imputed lies to God on the Day of Resurrection, black would be their faces (with disgrace). Is there not a place in Hell for the arrogant?

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 60

"وَيُنَجِّي اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا بِمَفَازَتِهِمْ لَا يَمَسُّهُمُ السُّوءُ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ"

Wa yunajjil laahul lazee nat taqaw bimafaazatihim laa yamassuhumus sooo'u wa laa hum yahzanoon

God would rescue those who fear Him (and guide them) to places of safety. Neither will evil touch them nor regret.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 61

"اللَّهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَكِيلٌ"

Allaahu khaaliqu kulli shai'inw wa Huwa 'alaa kulli shai'inw Wakeel

God is the creator of all things, and He is the guarantor of all things.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 62

"لَهُ مَقَالِيدُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۗ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ"

Lahoo maqaaleedus sa maawaati wal ard; wallazeena kafaroo bi ayaatil laahi ulaaa'ika humul khaasiroon (section 6)

He has the keys of the heavens and the earth; and those who deny the revelations of God will be losers.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 63

"قُلْ أَفَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ تَأْمُرُونِّي أَعْبُدُ أَيُّهَا الْجَاهِلُونَ"

Qul afaghairal laahi taamurooonneee a'budu ayyuhal jaahiloon

Say: "O you ignorant people, do you bid me to worship someone other than God?

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 64

"وَلَقَدْ أُوحِيَ إِلَيْكَ وَإِلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ لَئِنْ أَشْرَكْتَ لَيَحْبَطَنَّ عَمَلُكَ وَلَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ"

Wa laqad oohiya ilaika wa ilal lazeena min qablika la in ashrakta la yahbatanna 'amalu ka wa latakoonanna minal khaasireen

Surely you have been commanded, as those before you were: "If you associate (any one with God), wasted will be all your deeds, arid you will perish."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 65

"بَلِ اللَّهَ فَاعْبُدْ وَكُنْ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ"

Balil laahha fa'bud wa kum minash shaakireen

So, you should worship only God, arid be among the grateful.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 66

"وَمَا قَدَرُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِ وَالْأَرْضُ جَمِيعًا قَبْضَتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَالسَّمَاوَاتُ مَطْوِيَّاتٌ بِيَمِينِهِ ۚ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ"

Wa maa qadarul laaha haqqa qadrihee wal ardu jamee 'an qabdatuhoo Yawmal Qiyaamit wassamaawaatu matwiyyaatum biyameenih; Subhaanahoo wa Ta'aalaa 'amma yushrikoon

They do not esteem God as is rightly due to Him. The whole earth would be a fistful of His on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens would be rolled up in His right hand. Too immaculate is He and too high for what they associate with Him!

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 67

"وَنُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ فَصَعِقَ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا مَنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ ۖ ثُمَّ نُفِخَ فِيهِ أُخْرَىٰ فَإِذَا هُمْ قِيَامٌ يَنْظُرُونَ"

Wa nufikha fis Soori fas'iqa man fis samaawaati wa man fil ardi illaa man shaa'al lahu summa nufikha feehi ukhraa fa izaa hum qiyaamuny yanzuroon

When the trumpet blast is sounded whoever is in the heavens and the earth will swoon away, except those God please. When the blast is sounded the second time, they will stand up all expectant.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 68

"وَأَشْرَقَتِ الْأَرْضُ بِنُورِ رَبِّهَا وَوُضِعَ الْكِتَابُ وَجِيءَ بِالنَّبِيِّينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْحَقِّ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ"

Wa ashraqatil ardu binoori Rabbihaa wa wudi'al Kitaabu wa jeee'a bin nabiyyeena wash shuhadaaa'i wa qudiya bainahum bilhaqqi wa hum laa yuzlamoon

The earth will light up with the effulgence of her Lord; and the ledger (of account) will be placed (in each man?s hand), and the apostles and the witnesses will be called, and judgement passed between them equitably, and no wrong will be done to them.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 69

"وَوُفِّيَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَا عَمِلَتْ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ"

Wa wuffiyat kullu nafsim maa 'amilat wa Huwa a'lamubimaa yaf'aloon (section 7)

Each soul will be paid in full for what it had done. He is cognisant of what you do.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 70

"وَسِيقَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ زُمَرًا ۖ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا جَاءُوهَا فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِنْكُمْ يَتْلُونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِ رَبِّكُمْ وَيُنْذِرُونَكُمْ لِقَاءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَٰذَا ۚ قَالُوا بَلَىٰ وَلَٰكِنْ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ"

Wa seeqal lazeena kafaroon ilaa jahannama zumaran battaaa izaa jaaa'oohaa futihat abwaabuhaa wa qaala lahum khazanatuhaaa alam yaatikum Rusulum minkum yatloona 'alaikum Aayaati Rabbikum wa yunziroonakum liqaaa'a Yawmikum haazaa; qaaloo balaa wa laakin haqqat kalimatul 'azaabi 'alal kaafireen

The unbelievers will be driven into Hell in groups till, when they reach it and its doors are opened up, its keepers will say to them: "Did not apostles of your own come to you reciting your Lord?s revelations, warning you of this your day of Doom?" They will answer: "Yes;" but the sentence of punishment was justified against the unbelievers.

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 71

"قِيلَ ادْخُلُوا أَبْوَابَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۖ فَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى الْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ"

Qeelad khuloo abwaaba jahannama khaalideena feeha fabi'sa maswal mutakabbireen

"Enter the gates of Hell," they will be told, "and there abide for ever." How grievous a destination for the haughty!

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 72

"وَسِيقَ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا رَبَّهُمْ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ زُمَرًا ۖ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا جَاءُوهَا وَفُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ طِبْتُمْ فَادْخُلُوهَا خَالِدِينَ"

Wa seeqal lazeenat taqaw Rabbahum ilal Jannati zumaran hattaaa izaa jaaa'oohaa wa futihat abwaabuhaa wa qaala lahum khazanatuhaa salaamun 'alaikum tibtum fadkhuloohaa khaalideen

Those who were mindful of their duty to their Lord will be driven in groups to Paradise, till they reach it and its gates are opened, and its keepers say to them: "Peace be on you; you are the joyous. So enter here to live for ever."

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 73

"وَقَالُوا الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي صَدَقَنَا وَعْدَهُ وَأَوْرَثَنَا الْأَرْضَ نَتَبَوَّأُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ حَيْثُ نَشَاءُ ۖ فَنِعْمَ أَجْرُ الْعَامِلِينَ"

Wa qaalull hamdulillaahil lazee sadaqanaa wa'dahoo wa awrasanal arda natabaw wa-u minal jannati haisu nashaaa'u fani'ma ajrul 'aamileen

They will say: "All praise be to God Who has fulfilled the promise He had made to us, and bequeathed to us this land for dwelling in the garden wheresoever we like." How excellent the recompense for those who act!

Surah Number : 39 , Ayat Number : 74

"وَتَرَى الْمَلَائِكَةَ حَافِّينَ مِنْ حَوْلِ الْعَرْشِ يُسَبِّحُونَ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ ۖ وَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْحَقِّ وَقِيلَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ"

Wa taral malaaa'ikata haaaffeena min hawlil 'Arshi yusabbihoona bihamdi Rabbihim wa qudiya bainahum bilhaqqi wa qeelal hamdu lillaahi Rabbil 'aalameen (section 8)

You will see the angels hover round the Throne, singing the praises of their Lord; and justice will be done between them equitably, and it would be said: "All praise to God the Lord of all the worlds."
